Plus, if you’re located in the continental USA, we’ll even cover the return shipping costs for you.
In addition to our general return and exchange policy, we also provide a 1-year limited warranty for every pair of Blenders sunglasses against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If you notice any issues with the lenses or the frame that are due to craftsmanship, we’re here to fix it. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages like lost or stolen sunglasses or those that have been sat on—while we understand these situations can happen, they’re not covered by our warranty. If you need a warranty replacement, you can easily submit your request through our website.
For snow gear enthusiasts, we offer an even more robust warranty. Our goggles and helmets come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials or manufacturing. If your snow gear is damaged and you believe it’s covered under warranty, contact us through email at blenderseyewears@outlook.com, or submit a warranty claim. If we determine the damage is eligible, we’ll provide you with a free replacement.
Please keep in mind that mystery pairs of sunglasses, which are curated for those looking for a bit of surprise, are a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We carefully select these mystery items to suit a variety of face shapes and sizes, but the exact style or color remains a fun mystery until you receive them.
When it comes to shipping, we aim to process your order quickly. Orders placed before 11 AM PST will ship the same day, and any orders after that will ship the next business day. Standard shipping takes between 2–4 business days, while expedited options like FedEx 2-Day can get your order to you in 1–2 business days. For those ordering from a PO box, please note that FedEx does not deliver to these addresses.
Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days for non-preorder items. However, during sales or peak seasons, it may take up to 3 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you’re unsure about your pupillary distance (PD), which is important for properly fitting your lenses, it’s best to ask your optometrist for this information. You can enter your PD during checkout to ensure the best fit for your custom lenses. Keep in mind that we can only process one prescription per order, so please place separate orders if you need lenses for multiple prescriptions.
