Shipping
We aim to process all orders efficiently, with standard processing times taking between 1 to 3 business days. For those ordering prescription eyewear, please note that processing may take a bit longer—15 to 20 business days—due to the custom nature of RX orders.
Once your order is processed, we offer different shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
- For those in a hurry, we offer two-day shipping, which arrives in 2 business days after shipment. Please be aware that this option is unavailable for PO boxes or military addresses.
- For prescription orders, shipping will take about 3 to 5 business days.
We strive to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are located.
U.S. Returns & Exchanges
We believe in making returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for free within 45 days of receiving your order. To get started, just visit our returns portal. You’ll find everything you need to initiate your return or exchange there.
Please keep in mind that items of apparel must have the original tags attached to be eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for apparel if the tags are removed. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email notification. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days.

International Returns & Exchanges
For our international customers, please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All items being returned should be sent back to our San Diego office, located at:

When preparing your return, be sure to pack the sunglasses inside the original microfiber pouch and plastic packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, a sturdy replacement box will work as well. Additionally, include a note with your contact information, order number, and the phrase “Refund Request” to ensure we can process your return promptly.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items for any damage. If everything is in good condition, we will refund your original payment method.
